We generally ship orders via UPS or U.S. Mail to domestic and international addresses. Our shipping fees reflect our attempt to meet our actual (average) shipping expense.
Our shopping cart will calculate your shipping fee for online orders by weight, or you can choose our standard Economy or Express Shipping. Our handling time is typically 1-3 days. If you are sending in an order via fax or Purchase Order, you may use the shipping fees below, excluding any amounts for e-books.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.

If you receive material that was damaged in transit, please let us know immediately in case we need to file a claim for the loss.
Returns and Exchanges
Send back any books or materials you don't want to keep, and we will refund your money or replace books with alternate titles more to your liking — your choice. Sorry, we can't refund shipping charges, unless your stuff arrived broken or we made a mistake in filling your order.
Returned merchandise MUST arrive in NEW, RESALABLE condition to receive a refund. If damage occurs due to lack of appropriate packaging, it will void our guarantee. Please include our invoice with your return package to insure proper credit or refund.
