Shipping Information

We generally send small orders, up to three books, by U.S. Mail to domestic destinations. We ship heavier packages via UPS or FED EX to domestic and international addresses. Our shipping fees reflect our attempt to meet our actual (average) shipping expense. If you have special shipping requirements, as for palleted orders, or wish to specify a particular carrier, or want us to estimate actual charges for large orders, please contact Customer Service at topsideas@yahoo.com.

$17 to $50, add $7 shipping
$50 to $75, add $10 shipping
$75 to $100, add $13 shipping
$100 to $150, add $15 shipping
$150 to $250, add $20 shipping
over $250, add 8% shipping

Express / International
$0 to $17, add $8 shipping
$17 to $50, add $14 shipping
$50 to $75, add $20 shipping
$75 to $100, add $26 shipping
$100 to $150, add $30 shipping
$150 to $250, add $40 shipping
over $250, add 16% shipping

Orders require 10 business days, on average, for processing and delivery, occasionally longer if our small staff is away from the office. If your standard order doesn't arrive in 3 weeks, please inquire. Express orders to U.S. addresses may take up to 6 business days, and longer for international shipments. Our Guarantee

We guarantee your complete satisfaction, or your money back. There is no time limit to our guarantee, no restocking fee, and you do not need pre-approval from us before you return items. If you receive material that was damaged in transit, please let us know immediately in case we need to file a claim for the loss.

Returns and Exchanges

Send back any books or materials you don't want to keep, and we will refund your money or replace books with alternate titles more to your liking — your choice. Sorry, we can't refund shipping charges, unless your stuff arrived broken or we made a mistake in filling your order.

Returned merchandise MUST arrive in NEW, RESALABLE condition to receive a refund. If damage occurs due to lack of appropriate packaging, it will void our guarantee. Please include our invoice with your return package to insure proper credit or refund.
